Create a Service Request

A service request is needed for all maintenance and general repair carried out by our CBRE Facilities Maintenance team. 

How to submit a Service Request

Is your room too hot or too cold? Dealing with a plumbing issue or water leak? Noticing an unusual odor, electrical problem or damage to floors or walls? Submit a Service Request through IFM Hub (CBRE's computer maintenance management system). 

Once logged into IFM Hub, create a request and complete the Location, Service Classification and Service Description fields. then click the Submit button.

If you are unable to submit a ticket online or there is a facilities emergency, you can call the 24/7 CBRE Facilities Call Center at 1.855.240.0142 and follow the prompts.

Technology issues can be directed to HEC tech desk located on the first floor in the courtyard. You can direct issues to the University Technology help desk at 216.368.HELP.
